Dear Colorado Coffee Drinker,

Thank you for the offer! I don't want you to send it at your own expense. Instead I contacted them directly to see if they'd like to send review samples my way. I'll let you know if they send some.

Thanks again!

Dear Jerry,

I found your website today and really enjoyed your coffee reviews. I'd like to take a moment to introduce you to our client – Ambassador Organics. Ambassador Organics provides consumers the purest coffees, teas and spices. We believe that the Earth’s healthiest; most flavorful foods are made in harmony with nature. That’s why all of our products are certified Organic, Biodynamic and Fair Trade.

Organics – Sustainable Nutrition
When you drink coffee or tea, you are drinking a bean or a leaf infused in water. USDA Organic products are grown free of artificial fertilizers and chemical pesticides. All of our ingredients have been grown to the strictest standards.

Biodynamics – Sustainable Agriculture
Organic and Biodynamic complement each other; what distinguishes Biodynamic agriculture is the additional emphasis placed on sustainability and the holistic approach of managing the farm as a self-sufficient, living organism.

Fair Trade – Sustainable Economics
The local communities of farm workers are the backbone of the healthy, vibrant environment needed to grow the world’s purest products. Fair trade is a market-based approach to ending global poverty and promoting the sustainable development of farming communities.

Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun
Ambassador Organics was founded by former United States Senator and Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun. The connection between the health of our planet, nutrition and the health of an individual has formed a core value for Ambassador Braun since childhood. She has been blessed to have the opportunity to bring those values to her work in government and now in her new private enterprise.

Thanks for this great coffee website. I've already ordered one of your recommended coffees and I'm looking forward to trying some more.
I agree that the Melitta style single cup coffee maker is the best way to make coffee. I have been using it for many years but I've made one change. I put three tablespoons of high quality, fresh gound coffee and almost boiling water in a small pitcher and let it brew for 3 minutes. The pitcher is a cream pitcher from a cream and sugar set. It's the perfect size. Then I pour it into the Melitta filter holder on top of my coffee cup. Half way through pouring I swirl the coffee in the little pitcher to get all the grounds in solution and then finish pouring. The longer brewing time makes a richer cup of coffee. It's as good as any coffee press without the grounds in the bottom of the cup.
