I agree that the Melitta style single cup coffee maker is the best way to make coffee. I have been using it for many years but I've made one change. I put three tablespoons of high quality, fresh gound coffee and almost boiling water in a small pitcher and let it brew for 3 minutes. The pitcher is a cream pitcher from a cream and sugar set. It's the perfect size. Then I pour it into the Melitta filter holder on top of my coffee cup. Half way through pouring I swirl the coffee in the little pitcher to get all the grounds in solution and then finish pouring. The longer brewing time makes a richer cup of coffee. It's as good as any coffee press without the grounds in the bottom of the cup.</description>
